* In these prices are included: VAT, coal for the barbecue, wood for the fireplace, household linen, basketball and soccer balls to play, tennis-table rackets and balls, table games on the games room, Wi-Fi, and an exclusive session for each house to use the heated pool sensation.

High season is:

- from 1st to 8th January

- from 5th to 9th April

- from 27th April to 1st May

- from 1st July to 11th September

- from 11th to 14th October

- from 31th October to 4th November

- from 5th to 9th December

- from 21th to 31st December.

OTHER PRICES:

- Use of the garden facilities: barbecue, pergola and dining room: 3 € per person and use. Except groups. Necessary to ask previously with the owner.

- Additional indoor swimming pool session 10€ / person.

- People who visit our customers and spend the day on the house: 7 € / person

- Bikes: 4 € / 4 hours and 7 € / 8 hours

- Babysitting service: 7 € / hour

- Cleaning service: 10 € / h

- Ride a horse on the trail: 12 € / ½ h

- Romantic details: 30 €

Payment:

- We request a deposit for the booking of 20%

- You can pay making a bank transfer
